Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes, orders can be cancelled if goods have not yet been dispatched and payment has not been processed. Please call Zig’s Marine to cancel your order +61 2 4587 8224.
Q. How do I exchange an item?

Q. How long does delivery take?

Q. Has my order been successful?
A. Successful orders receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received an order confirmation email, log-in to the My Account area of the website and check your order summary (if you are a registered user) or give us a call on +61 2 4587 8224.

A. If you’re out, AustPost will leave you a note and retain your parcel.
